This injectable solution is smooth and gentle, treating the sensitive, thin skin of the lips with little discomfort. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance within the skin that decreases as the body ages. When using this product, hyaluronic acid is reintroduced into the skin, plumping up the space and adding volume to the lips. As hyaluronic acid is native to the skin, this product is fully biodegradable and biocompatible, making the chances of allergic reaction very slim.

Use Instructions

How do I use or apply this product?

Juvederm® Ultra Smile should only be injected by a licensed medical professional. Prior to injection, cleanse and disinfect the area that requires correction. Inject the filler into the mucous membrane of the lips or into the fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth using a 30G½” needle. Gently massage the treated area to ensure that the filler gets evenly distributed.

When should I use this product?

This product should be used to augment the lips by adding plumpness and volume. It can also enhance the vermilion border of the lip, which improves the lip contour by adding more definition to the shape. This filler is also formulated to improve texture for soft, smooth lips. Additionally, this injectable solution can fill fine lines and wrinkles surrounding the mouth, which may be caused by smoking or repeated expressions, such as pursing the mouth. All of these uses contribute to a smoother, fresher, and more natural-looking lip and mouth area.

How long does the product last?
