Revolax™ Fine with Lidocaine is a transparent, tissue-friendly, and bioresorbable injectable implant that is designed by Across, a renowned South Korean pharmaceutical company that has a vast range of medical products. This sterilized dermal filler is made of 24mg/ml of cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel of bacterial origin and is integrated with 0.3% lidocaine. This gel is also processed to have a regular and dense patterned gel lattice, which makes it ideal for correcting fine wrinkles, such as neck lines, perioral lines, and forehead lines. Once injected intradermally, the implant will seamlessly mold into the skin, leaving behind smoother-looking skin with a radiant finish. The filler gel is extensively purified to contain less than negligible amount of chemical cross-linking agent and 1.2IU/ml of bacterial endotoxin before being placed in a sterilized single-use syringe. This medical device has a long shelf life of 24 months and must be stored at a temperature between 2 to 25℃.

Each ml of Revolax™ Fine with Lidocaine contains the following ingredients:
24mg of cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel;
3mg of fast-acting lidocaine.
The resulting aesthetic implant has a monophasic and polydensified gel texture that enables it to be injected into the skin easily and consistently. Not only that, the filler does not contain any freely-suspending hyaluronic acid molecules, which further improves its durability. It is also highly purified to contain only a minute number of bacterial endotoxins and BDDE residue. Revolax™ Fine with Lidocaine consists of 24mg/ml of cross-linked hyaluronic acid molecules that are extracted from the biofermentation of Streptococcus zooepidemicus bacterial cultures. Following extraction and purification, they are reticulated into a cross-linked, monophasic, and polydensified gel using the BDDE agent. The resulting gel can then be easily injected into the skin with less extrusion force. Compared to other Revolax™ with Lidocaine fillers, this implant has the lowest complex viscosity at only 80, making it ideal for instantly correcting fine lines with natural-looking results.

How do I use this treatment?

This soft tissue implant is indicated to be injected into the superficial dermis layer of the skin. The exact injection technique varies depending on the treatment area(s). Always ensure that the dermal filler injection procedure is conducted with strict adherence to aseptic medical standards. Additionally, a patient’s medical history must also be reviewed before the injection procedure to ensure that they are suitable candidates.
